The Pre-Stocking Evaluation Protocol (PSEP) is outlined in Appendix K - Mitigation Strategies for Effects of Fish Stocking of the Hatchery and Stocking Program Environmental Impact Report / Environmental Impact Statement. The Department has instituted a program to record and disseminate Pre-Stocking Evaluations (PSEs).
