Tables and relationships that store information about people and organizations and how they relate to NRM Information and Observations.
  • NRM Classification
Tables and relationships that store information that helps to classify the contents of data so that for example, taxa observations from disparate sources can be analyzed together.
  • NRM Connections
Tables and relationships that store information that connects functional areas of the database.
  • Catalog / DatasetRegister
Tables and relationships that store information about logical sets of data from different partners and collaborators and are usually available in the BIOS Viewer tool.
  • Habitat Observation
Tables and relationships that store information about habitat for a survey effort.
  • Individual Organism
Tables and relationships that store information about an individual organism.
  • Location
Includes tables and relationships that store information about the location of work or an observation and (where available) connects these locations to features loaded in the spatial database. We make the distinction and connection between a site (logical place with attributes) and a spatial feature (physical place with coordinates).

  • Taxa Observation
Tables and relationships that store information about observations of taxa whether they are from a survey effort or incidental.

Tables and relationships that store information about samples associated with a survey, observation, or individual organism.
  • Specific Habitat
Tables and relationships that store additional habitat information about an Aquatic, Terrestrial or Meadow Habitat.
